So, what is an “Open Boat” trip?
It’s simple. We are available on select dates on a “First Come, First Serve” basis. It’s for those who want to go fishing during the prime time for Black Seabass, Tog/Blackfish and Striped Bass but can’t put together a private charter. You’ll fish with other regular Mighty Heron clients. We limit the number of passengers to five so there is plenty of elbow room. The fee is $175 per person. A $50 per a person deposit is required. Deposits are refunded if the trip is cancelled or postponed. All bait and tackle provided.
These are full-day 8 hour + trips. Each trip will leave one hour before sunrise or at first light.
